The CUNY ASAP|ACE National Replication Team will present an overview of the CUNY ASAP model proven to increase completion rates and reduce time-to-degree for students. The session will delve into the program’s comprehensive components, including data for program management; high touch advising; career support; encouraging academic momentum; facilitating integration and belonging; and, of course, student financial incentives. The team will discuss its approach to supporting replication of the model, adapting components as contextually necessary, and considering scale and sustainability of replication at the onset. Closing discussion will invite questions from state teams participating in the SHEEO|ASAP College Completion Coalition learning community to support progression of their states’ replication project scoping work.
