Jaden joined SHEEO as a State Policy Intern in May 2026, and later became a full-time member of the SHEEO team in September as a Policy Analyst. Jaden’s previous role supported various finance and governance projects, including funding models and volatility, governance models and authority, and financial aid. In Jaden’s current capacity as a Policy Analyst, she primarily supports SHEEO’s economic and workforce development portfolios, with a focus on economic impact, state grant allocations, and workforce policy.

Prior to joining SHEEO, Jaden held roles at various organizations, including the University System of Georgia’s Office of Research and Policy Analysis, the Congressional Research Service, The Century Foundation, and The White House Office of Management and Budget.

Jaden earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Jaden also holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education, Student Affairs, and International Education Policy from the University of Maryland, College Park. Jaden is currently a doctoral student at the University of Georgia’s Louise McBee Institute of Higher Education.
