Jiah Kim joined SHEEO in 2015, serving as the IT Director. In this role, Kim is responsible for managing SHEEO’s IT infrastructure and online resources and providing IT support and network/system administration for the organization.

She started her IT career as a web/database developer more than two decades ago and worked as an IT director for other nonprofit organizations before joining SHEEO.

Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Chung-Ang University in Seoul, Korea, and a master’s degree in information science from Indiana University in Bloomington with a specialization in web development and user-centered interface design.
