Lily Cuellarsola joined SHEEO in July 2026 as a Senior Policy Analyst. She supports policy and projects in educational equity, academic programs, and student success.

Before SHEEO, Lily built a career across higher education. Most recently, she served as Senior Research Manager at Excelencia in Education, where she led a research portfolio and directed the development and publication of reports advancing Latino student success. As a Research Associate at EAB, she advised institutions on aligning curricula with labor market demands. She began her career as a Research Assistant in Wellesley College’s Office of Institutional Research, supporting the college’s reaccreditation and annual reporting.

Lily is a first-generation college graduate with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Wellesley College.
